Refund policy

We offer returns or exchanges only for:

  • damaged products
  • defective items
  • wrong product delivered

To request a return or exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • order number
  • issue description
  • product images

Items must be:

  • unused
  • unwashed
  • in original packaging

Refunds are processed after quality inspection. Approved refunds are credited within 5–7 business days.

Products bought during special sales or clearance may not be eligible for returns.
